Apex or APECCS means the ‘top’ or highest point of achievement, and this is what we envision for you.
APECCS is a private business who offers National Disability Insurances Scheme (NDIS) services to its ‘self’ and ‘plan’ managed participants in Perth, Western Australia. APECCS was founded in 2023 by Holly Weinbrecht after 13 years of service in the disability sector.
More specifically, APECCS prides itself on an authentic, quality driven approach that dives deep into understanding the right concoction of services, approach, and values for you.
Personalised or individualised services means that we shape the service around you, your family, and circumstances. We weed out the things that do not align with you and build in the services, method, approach, and tools that do. We combine this with genuine care and the foresight of community inclusivity, advocacy, and independence.
What is our mission? our mission is twofold:
On a broad scale, we are working towards greater inclusivity for people living with disabilities in our community and society, including, our schools, health care system, employment, justice system and in social arenas.
On a detailed scale, our mission is to help you design and implement the best lifestyle possible so you can lead a happy, joyous life.
What are our Values
Quality
Quality support is very important us, at APECCS we aim to ensure we have the time, experience and resources to dedicate to you and provide support from commencement of services to your capacity to continue independently. We understand that at times you will need minimal support and others, more intense support. We adapt our service and approach to ensure you are receiving what you need, at the right time.
Integrity
Like minded people, gravitate like minded people, therefore, we hire team members with the same or similar values to provide services in a consistent and valuable way. All our processes and policies are founded on the principles of integrity so our team love what they do and therefore provide a service that they and you will love.
Care
Care is described as the cordial, compassionate, and genuine nature we treat each other and provide our services with. Regardless of the requests made, we strive to understand and look out for your best interests, always. We are all human, trying to do the best we can in life and in all circumstances, we know what hardship looks like and know how important it is to find someone who can not only help us, but someone who cares.

As a part of our commitment to growth, we not only aim to learn and build our own skills to provide a knowledgeable and capable service, we also like to share our knowledge with you so you have the opportunity to learn and grow too.
Collaboration
As a coordination and coaching business, collaboration is not only key, but also vital to the quality of service delivery. It is important to collaborate with all services and supports involved, including informal supports (family, friends, neighbours), external providers (therapists, support workers, employment agencies, domestic assistance) and other networks (NDIS, school, work, advocates, correctional agencies, case workers, etc). This allows our team to gain a clear understanding on all areas involved in your life so we can work together, giving you a better chance at reaching your desired outcomes and lifestyle. *Please note that our team will not collaborate with your support team without consent.
